Our
Design Service
Consultation
One of our designers visits your home to discuss the proposed design
where we offer ideas, produce sketches, take photographs and collect
soil samples. The cost of this service is £100 providing the
visit is within a 20 mile radius of Ware. This service can be used
on its own as an advice session.
Survey
Our surveyor measures your garden for you. A medium sized garden
costs £235* to survey including levels.

Plans
Available
The two plans that we produce are-
Your Design, A Hard Landscaping Layout Plan showing: Patios, Seating
Areas, Paths, Water Features, Planting Beds etc.
This plan includes levels and sufficient information for accurate
building of your garden. It is also accompanied by a works schedule,
which is essentially a shopping list of materials needed for your
design.
A Soft Landscaping Planting Plan showing: The exact planting positions
and growth spread of plants.
This plan is accompanied by a plant schedule, a shopping list of
exact plants and varieties needed to fulfil your scheme.
Each
of these plans are charged for separately, You may have one without
the other if preferred.
Pricing
Methods
Both Hard Landscaping and Planting Plans (if required) will be quoted
for at the time of your consultation by your designer. Both will
be of a similar price although a Layout Plan is subject to premiums
for levels, level changes and certain bespoke features. A rough
estimate of cost can be offered over the phone if you can provide
your garden’s dimensions in order to work out the total area
of your space. These prices will still be subject to premiums and
will not be confirmed until a designer has visited your garden.
All quotes are worked out relative to the measured area of your
garden plus premiums for levels and bespoke features.
